History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Garl was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Garl's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
