Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Zepar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Zepar decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
