History: The child of a Mason, who enjoyed hunting, Frug was taken on many hunting expeditions. He worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
