Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Seebo was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Navigator. After a long history of fighting, Seebo and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He got into the Weaver business at a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
