History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Navigator soon after.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and further expansion of business

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
