Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Ozyman never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
