Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is typically in his Apothecary uniform. His head has been shaved. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mormog grew up listening to his father's many stories. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to be a sailor again

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a green costume with the symbols of death on his torso. His chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Balimaar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Balimaar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: This slender man stands about 2'11". He wears a brown collared shirt and white pants. He accessorizes with a brown scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. After a long history of fighting, Gildmak and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Halfling compassion; and a rival would like him out of the picture
