Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Nimble was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nimble decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has worked as a Ruler like his mother before him.
