History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Warrior school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Wiggan was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Wiggan liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
