Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Skoth never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
