Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Locksmith for the past few years.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a long, green, dusty cloak. He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Born in the west to a Bricklayer, Don learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Don liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He struck the Bricklayer job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: To be a Shoemaker again; and he has a crush on the local shoemaker

Description: This light-skinned male wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He was born in the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sapply grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sapply. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
