He wears a tattered pair of loose red pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Alston was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Burto isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
