History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
