Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a kukri on his belt. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and seeks redemption

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and balancing his hectic life and new carter responsibilities is difficult
