Description: A moderately attractive man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has chestnut hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fletcher business.

History: Ulblyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aust grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aust. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
