History: Born in the east to a Barber, Hubert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
