Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Hugh's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hugh is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Animal Trainer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Beggar, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the south were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
