Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Bucklal was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift.
