History: Born in the north to a Carter, Greethen learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Animal Trainer, but he got bored and became a Carter. He has worked as a Carter like his father before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and doesn't want to be a carter and was forced into it by his family

History: Hûra lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ethereal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Fletcher. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Thomas hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and revenge
