Description: A middle-aged man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and is pretty ugly. His black hair is braided into rings. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a pastel vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His tan leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his pastel boots flare out at the collars. He has wavy red hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kelter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: A 3'1" eastern man, he wears a brown shirt with thin green vertical stripes and grey pants. His auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Curran embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Gifted from a young age, Curran studied abroad. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. After a long history of fighting, Curran and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This eastern man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ralf is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
