History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: He hates Tieflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and tiefling compassion

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born in the east. Conrad was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Knight. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
