He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Gifted from a young age, Laucian studied abroad. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and money/treasure

Description: An older man who tends to wear a large white jacket, he is not a threatening figure. His red hair is knotted and matted. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Blacksmith but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Himo hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He tends to his Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands.
