Personality: He is a Mayor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Fortune-teller, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.
