History: The child of a Soapmaker, who enjoyed hunting, Cimer was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he desires power and/or immortality
