Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Uraim was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
