History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Adran alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Chem was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Gilbert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gilbert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
