History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Iados alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
