Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Duergath lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
