Description: This man is typically in his Bowyer uniform, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair is black and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bowyer business.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Alvyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Bowyer and found it very stressful. He became a Bowyer soon after.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Layabout but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Gimgen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He wears a brown shirt, with a white mid length shorts with white tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Jocelyn is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Jocelyn was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fortune-teller and was forced into it by his family; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Tordek lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Blacksmith and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well
