Description: 5'10" and muscular, this southern man dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a white coat with blue slacks. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Barkeep. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture
