Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Iados was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He struck the Adventurer job and began his own company from there.
