History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Burto was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
