Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Sailor, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He tends to his Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
