History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Pikar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Pikar was born the youngest of three triplets. Pikar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
