Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new navigator responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. At a young age his father died while driving off some goblins. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in morningstar use. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.
