Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Jeweler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
