Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Hirrathak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hirrathak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
