History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has achieved small success as a Courier.
