Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a yellow tunic with brown highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His silver eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Leucis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Leucis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Leucis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a Fletcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Wrenn hails from a village terrorized by illithids. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: This light-skinned male wears suspenders and violet workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy violet leather apron most of the time. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
