Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Kelter will drive conversation. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Kelter lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
