The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. After coming to the age of reason, Roland took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and further expansion of business

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
