Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Kugáluga was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kugáluga's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Farmer for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: This man is very fat, and is dressed in earthy colors with a black and tan handkerchief worn on his left side. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep yellow.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He uses divination through singing.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
