History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

He prefers to carry a scythe, but if one is not available he will default to his longsword. He keeps his black crest in a flapper bob. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Torinn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Torinn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Torinn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he's looking for his big break
