Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. After coming to the age of reason, William took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, William never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
