History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: Iados is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion.

Description: This late middle aged man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull brown iron scale mail and is in decent physical shape. He has shaved his head bald. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.
