Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Leucis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He became a Unemployed soon after.
