History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wants to work out more often

Description: A moderately attractive man, he usually wears his brown robe and has his scythe always slung over his shoulder. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Manfred was born the youngest of three triplets. Manfred was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Manfred decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
