History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Karg was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Hunter, but he got bored and became a Shoemaker. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears his silver hair up. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Purban is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
