Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Bertram's homeland. Bertram decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
