Description: This man stands a little under 3'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears long strands of opal and short green dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His hair is always cut to a buzz. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Wiggan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Wiggan decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Spice Merchant. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality
